Not thrilled with your new cutting board? If it’s not meeting your expectations in size, appearance, feel, or quality, just send the unused board back within 30 days of purchase to:

Please remember, you’re getting a piece of nature. Natural variations like knots, discolorations, and voids are part of the wood’s charm, not defects. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it quickly and credit your original payment method. We’ll let you know when it’s all sorted out.

Warranties

Damaged on Arrival:
Even with our thorough quality checks, a less-than-perfect board might sneak by. If yours arrives damaged, just shoot us a message. We’ll replace it at no extra cost to you, and we might ask for a photo to check out the shipping damage.

Missed During Quality Control:
Spotted something we missed? Same deal—we stand by our work and will replace any flawed board quickly.

Fuzziness Issue:
Fuzziness can happen; it’s just the wood being wood. Fuzziness is not a warranty problem. If your board feels a bit fuzzy, check out our care instructions included with your board or visit our wooden board care section online for tips.

Breakage:
If your board breaks due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it. If it’s accidental, like a drop, get in touch. We can’t guarantee a replacement in these cases, but we get it—accidents happen. We’ll see what we can do.

Dishwasher Damage:
Just a heads up—walnut boards and dishwashers aren’t friends. Damage from dishwashers—like discoloration, fuzziness, cracking, or warping—isn’t covered under our warranty.
